Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern the cleaning and property care services provided by ZoomShine Property Care (“ZoomShine”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a trading name of Elioenai Marin Martir, 27 Queen Anne's Road, York, YO30 7AA. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide standard cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb/short-let turnovers and property maintenance across York and the surrounding area. Maintenance services are available to registered clients only.

Bookings and quotes

Bookings are made online through WhatsApp or our booking portal. Quotes are provided based on the information you give us; the final price may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you.

Pricing and payment

Prices are agreed before any work begins, with no hidden fees. Payment is due as set out at the time of booking. Recurring services are charged per visit unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking so we can offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge.

Access to your property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Our commitment and liability

We take great care with every property we service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to put it right. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Client responsibilities

Please inform us of any fragile items, special requirements, pets, or hazards at the property in advance so we can deliver the best possible service safely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
